• Creating, coordinating and completing intercity ride and parcel-delivery requests.
• Verifying driver-partner identities and vehicle safety before account activation.
• Providing 24/7/365 emergency support through the TOC Digital Operations Center.
• Meeting tax and financial obligations and responding to lawful requests from competent authorities.

3. Data security and sharing

GOZON GROUP does not sell, trade or commercialize users' personal data for third-party advertising without clear consent. Data is shared only as necessary with the driver accepting your trip, licensed payment intermediaries, or public authorities acting under a lawful written request.
